    Who am I?

    I’m Ali,

I help yoga teachers, therapists, and healing practitioners understand how trauma affects the body - and how to use yoga, breath, and somatic tools to support real healing in others and themselves.

I believe we’re living through unprecedented times, marked by ongoing grief, trauma, and stress. This is why yoga and nervous system techniques must be trauma-informed: to meet people where they truly are.

Imagine the transformation if, instead of offering standard yoga classes or overlooking the nervous system, your work moved beyond the basics and reached the very heart of healing. Imagine creating spaces where nervous systems can soften, resilience can grow, and true healing unfolds—for your students, your clients, and for you.

    With this masterclass you'll:

    • Bring more depth of knowledge, presence, and grounded energy into your classes, sessions, or personal practice.
    • Understand how trauma impacts the nervous system and why learning these basics can make a big difference in the way that you share these practices with others.
    • Learn the trauma-informed essentials that communicate choice and agency, helping your students and clients feel safer in their bodies.
    • Enhance resilience. Both your own and that of those you support, to better navigate challenging times.
